You have 3 chances to ask for major changes during rough sketch process only, free of charge.
4th major change and beyond will be charged.
Once inking and coloring process begins, you may not ask for any more major changes.

Examples of allowed major changes during rough sketch process only:
Change clothes,
Change design,
Change the pose of the whole arm (spanning from shoulder to fingertips), etc.

Minor changes are always free of charge.
Only 10 chances of minor changes are allowed.

Change hand pose (palm area only), etc..

Personal Use
Same as base price of the most expensive character
I retain all rights to the artwork, including but not limited to printing, selling, and uploading it on my SNS. You may use the artwork for personal use only, excluding commercial purposes.
Private Use
Base price ↑ + 50%

I will not upload the artwork on social media.
You may use the artwork for your own exclusive personal use only, excluding commercial purposes.
Public-Share Use

Using my commissioned artwork for your social media posts and contents, etc.

Basically no deadline

No refund
Once payment is done, you may not ask for a refund.
Before any payment is done, I have the right to decline your commission request for the following reasons:
If my skills are insufficient.
If my circumstances aren’t conducive enough.
I accept payments via PayPal or Wise.

My Workflow
Client discusses their commission brief with me

Option 1: Client pays a 100% payment in advance.​
The client pays for the transfer fees only once.

Option 2: Client pays a 50% first, then pays the .
The client pays for the transfer fees twice.

I make a rough sketch

The client may ask for major revisions
The first 3 chances of major revisions are free of charge.
4th chance and beyond will be charged.

Client's approval means the sketch is final.

I start inking and coloring process
​
Once inking and coloring process begins, the client may not ask for any more major revisions.
Minor revisions are allowed for a total of 10 times, free of charge.

If the client chose Payment Option 2, they pay for the remaining 50% payment.

I send the complete files to the client.
The completed files will be delivered via Dropbox or Google Drive.
